#Celebpics channel Guidelines
#1.........If you don't like or if you disagree with our rules, then leave. We will not allow any arguments
about our rules and Ops will not engage in any arguments about them. The rules are in place for a reason.
#2.........NO ONE UNDER 18 is allowed in here. If you are in a teenchat channel, you may be suspected of
being under 18. Please leave those channels while in ours. If you need or want to speak with anyone in a
teen channel, then do so by means of a private DCC Chat.
#3.........Make your initial requests to the channel. It is impolite to
privately chat someone for pics without permission. If you
need a picture ask politely, if you have one that someone
wants, please send freely .
#4.........We don't share kiddie porn, animal sex, sexual penetration
pics, or any thing that could be considered illegal, such as
incest, teensex or rape pics. As well, If you join any channel
formed for illegal pic trading while in our company, you will
be kicked and then banned from our channel. We scan folks for
the channels they are on as they enter our channel and we run
a scan on the channel regularly for these illegal channels.
#5.........Friendly chat is encouraged at all times in the channel. BUT,
abusive or offensive actions or attitudes towards an op
or a fellow visitor to the channel will not tolerated. This
also includes any racial slurs or personal attacks on anyone.
Be friendly at all times. Any attacks on the channel, the ops,
the bots or the visitors such as flooding will NOT be tolerated
in any way. This includes ANY war-like attempts.
#6.........All FServers/FTP's offered here must be quality checked by a
Channel Operator BEFORE you advertise them.
#7.........We do not not permit any advertisements for other channels,
XXX Sites web pay sites, or any other form of advertising
except your pic offers.
#8.........There are NO pix ratio requirements allowed. And if you are
running a script such as HAWKEE, please turn off any credit
messages/notices when entering our channel.
#9........We do not allow cybersex, warez, or password trading here,
this is a celebs and models channel. If you want to participate
in such stuff, there are channels already formed for this
purpose.
#10........Timers and pic offers should be no longer than 3 lines
of text. Make your offers brief and to the point.
Random offers should be placed at no less than 5 to 6 minute
intervals. Offers with the same message should be set at
no less than 10 minute intervals. Those with multiple timers
should stagger them so that they do not display simultaneously.
#11........Before typing the trigger for someone's fserver or FTP site
learn how to use your application properly. The majority
of the ops in Celebpics offer one or the other and most use
mIRC as their IRC client software. To learn more about
mIRC and to get help, you should join one of the
Help Channels (such as #mirchelp) Unfortunately, most of us
are too busy with requests to provide any real assistance
with these tasks. However, most of us will gladly provide
some assistance as long as we are not too busy with pic
requests.
#12........Use of colors in your offers or in general conversation is
permitted. However, overuse of colors is not appreciated by
all folks and, therefore, you are requested to use them
modestly and maturely.
#13........Offensive Nicks/Idents are not welcome in our channel.
#14........If you are running a random fserve, please try to use the /ctcp
option for the trigger, and the private notice echo of the
picture being sent.This eliminates channel clutter.
#15.........Ops only can run on-join messages unless preapproved
#16........The most important rule is saved for last.....HAVE FUN!!!!!

enjoyable it can be and to maintain order with the channel..your
